We are aware that some of you are encountering intermittent disconnections and high latency issues after the game servers went live.
As this issue does not occur to everyone, our engineers are currently looking into this issue, thus we seek your kind understanding on this matter.

I *think* the same thing happened to us at Sword 2 two days ago.
Somehow, it's the HD sound drivers (Mainly Realtek) screwing up with the game. Try disabling the sound device, if that works you need to upgrade your drivers.

Err, the latency problem only happened after IAH's sever migration so i dont think its due to the player's side's hardware/software. But thanks for your info!
